Usually a customer won't see the inside of the kitchen, so you need to focus on how it is going to work so that the staff will benefit.

There is a lot of equipment that you may need and you will also need a big budget to get to the point where you can go out and buy everything. However, you have to realize that there are more affordable options and you don't have to break the bank. Some restaurants have gone into liquidation and they will be selling their equipment. Look out for second hand equipment such as this because it will still be in good condition.
